Privacy Policy — Learning and Service Data

Learning progress, statistics and settings are stored on your device. This local storage is separate from the data processed for AI requests, license activation and purchases.

The app does not require a learning account. Purchasing a website license involves an email address and transaction details for payment, license delivery and support. License activation processes your license key and device identifier.

AI quiz content is sent through PromGee's service to an AI provider. PromGee processes the device identifier and, for licensed requests, the license key. Its service records the feature, model, token counts and request time alongside those identifiers for usage accounting and cost analysis. The provider processes the submitted content under its privacy terms. The service also processes a hash of the IP address.

AI features in the paid Windows desktop app require internet and have unlimited usage. The free website tools are separate and have usage limits.

You can remove learning records by clearing the app's local data. Uninstalling may leave local files behind. Removing local files does not delete purchase records, service usage records or content already sent to the AI provider. Contact support about data held by PromGee.

With your consent, the promgee.com website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies and is loaded only after you select Accept in the cookie banner; if you decline, it is not loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser, and clearing this site's data resets it. Google processes this data under its own privacy terms.
