By downloading, installing, or using PromGee ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.

These terms are straightforward because our app is straightforward—no accounts, no subscriptions, no complex data agreements.

PromGee is a desktop application for Windows that helps you learn English through:

• Category-based quizzes — Practice specific areas like grammar, tenses, prepositions, and more • AI-powered explanations — Understand why answers are correct in 40+ languages • Local-first design — All data stays on your device

The app uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model for AI features. You can get a free API key (no credit card required) to unlock all AI capabilities.

When you purchase PromGee, you receive a flexible license that allows:

• Unlimited devices — Install and use on as many devices as you want • One device at a time — The license can only be active on one device simultaneously • Shareable — You're free to share your license key with friends or family

You may not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software • Resell the Software or license key for profit • Use the Software for commercial training services without permission

PromGee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Since we don't collect data or require accounts:

• We cannot recover lost progress (it's stored locally) • We cannot provide cloud backup or sync • App performance depends on your device and internet connection (for AI features)

The benefit is complete privacy. The tradeoff is that you're responsible for your local data.

AI-generated quiz explanations are provided for educational purposes:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate • We recommend verifying important information with authoritative sources • AI explanations should supplement, not replace, formal English education

When using PromGee, you agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit or hack the Software • Use the Software in ways that violate any laws • Misuse AI features to generate harmful content • Circumvent any technical limitations of the Software

We trust our users to use the app as intended—for learning English.

We may release updates to PromGee that include:

• New quiz categories and content • Bug fixes and performance improvements • UI enhancements • New features

Updates are optional. You can continue using any version you have downloaded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromGee and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data stored locally on your device • Issues arising from third-party AI services • Interruption of your learning progress
