PromGee 服务条款与许可协议 (Terms of Service)：终身授权权益

购买完成后，您将获得一份非排他性、永久有效且不可转让的个人许可，允许在您个人拥有的 Windows 设备上使用。

该许可覆盖全部现有题库模块以及后续针对支持版本的免费更新，一次购买，终身受益。

合理使用范围内，您可以自由安排学习节奏；但请勿对软件进行逆向工程、反编译或复制源代码。

同样，请勿公开发布或传播授权密钥，也不得在未获书面许可的情况下转租软件许可。

AI 解析功能旨在辅助理解语法，其可用性受第三方模型提供商服务协议与运营状态约束。

使用 BYOK（Bring Your Own Key）时，您须对自己 API 密钥的管理、安全与额度消耗承担全部责任。

我们提供 30 天无条件退款保障：只要在购买后 30 天内发送邮件至 [email protected] 并附上购买凭据，即可全额退款。

退款流程没有任何苛刻附加条款，我们希望在您满意的前提下才保留这笔交易。

软件按“现状”(as is) 提供。对于超出 Windows 10/11 最低系统要求的兼容性问题或间接损失，PromGee 不承担赔偿责任。

禁止事项包括：逆向工程（reverse engineering）、反编译（decompiling）、修改或复制源代码、绕过授权验证等行为。

AI 功能的使用边界：AI 解析由第三方模型提供商提供，生成内容仅供学习参考；PromGee 不对第三方服务中断承担担保责任。

BYOK 条款细节：使用自有 API Key 时，密钥的安全保管与用量监控由您自行负责，PromGee 不代管、不存储您的密钥。

退款条款：30 天退款期内，只要发送邮件至 [email protected] 并附上购买凭据，即可获得全额退款，无需提供理由。

退款后，您的授权码将被注销，软件停止使用；请勿在退款后继续使用授权，以免影响后续购买。

免责声明：软件按“现状”提供（as is），不保证适用于所有硬件组合；对因硬件兼容性导致的间接损失，PromGee 不承担责任。

内容准确性说明：我们尽力保证题库与解析的准确性，但语言用法存在地区差异（例如美式英语与英式英语），请以权威词典为准。

关于网络环境：AI 解析需要联网，网络中断可能导致解析不可用，但本地练习不受影响。

系统升级的兼容性：我们会持续适配 Windows 更新，但极端情况下旧版本可能不再支持，届时会提前公告。

版本停用通知：如果某个大版本停止维护，我们会在更新日志中提前说明，并引导用户升级。

退款后的义务：获得退款后，您需停止使用并卸载软件，删除本地数据，避免继续使用过期授权。

争议处理的优先级：遇到任何纠纷，我们主张先友好协商，再按法律途径解决，避免不必要的对抗。

责任上限说明：在法律允许的范围内，PromGee 对您的责任以您购买软件所支付的费用为上限。
