“make” का इस्तेमाल
जब आप कुछ बनाते हैं, पैदा करते हैं या किसी चीज़ की वजह बनते हैं, तब “make” लगता है: “make a cake”, “make noise”, “make someone happy”। Passive में “made of” से सामग्री बताई जाती है और “made in” से जगह।

“Make” irregular है: “make – made – made”। इसमें “-ed” मत जोड़िए।
एक और गलती जिससे बचें
ग़लत
This ring is made by gold.
सही
This ring is made of gold.
सामग्री के लिए “made of”, बनाने वाले व्यक्ति या कंपनी के लिए “made by”, और देश के लिए “made in” लगाइए। हिंदी के “सोने से बनी” वाले “से” को “by” समझ लेने से यह गलती होती है।
